Chef Jamal grew up in the kitchens of his father’s restaurant in Syria, before working from a young age in several renowned restaurants and palaces in Beirut. To this day, he cooks with passion, following the techniques passed down to him since childhood.
Involved at every stage, he personally selects his ingredients from trusted suppliers, using his eye and experience with great care.
At Dilmon, mezze are shared among loved ones, meals are enjoyed unhurried, and the flavours of authentic Levantine home cooking are brought to life.
Dine in or take away — our menu offers a variety of hot and cold starters, as well as complete meals, including vegetarian and vegan options.
Our meat, exclusively sourced from Belgian Blue cattle, is carefully chosen by the chef himself. We prioritise local and short supply chains whenever possible.
Open Wednesday to Sunday, from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 22:30. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
